## Description

As a Direct Sales Consultant at Bupa Egypt Insurance, you will actively build a portfolio of new business sales leads to sell and grow our direct business in line with agreed targets and deliver these targets with the highest level of customer care.

You will identify opportunities to expand the individual direct portfolio, respond to customer sales requests and queries, and build strong relationships with your portfolio by delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Understanding customer needs and taking proactive action to help them find the right product

- Dealing with and resolving complex queries, working with colleagues to identify continuous improvements

- Building profitable relationships with customers by delivering high-standard support

- Pro-actively seeking out new business through effective pipeline management and existing customer contact strategies

- Handling all sides of the sales process, including identifying demands and needs, quotations, pricing discussions, and negotiations

- Providing ongoing reporting with new business performance versus agreed targets

- Handling inbound telephone sales calls and emails from potential customers

- Ensuring all quotes/leads are secured by regular follow-up calls and recording the reasoning explaining each outcome

- Carrying out face-to-face meetings with potential customers for sales pitches

- Managing all tasks alongside phone calls through effective time management, planning, and prioritising workloads

- Competently dealing with all types of complaints and escalating when necessary

- Keeping abreast of competitor activity, products, and trends

- Maintaining the highest quality and service standards at all times

Requirements:

- Degree qualification, preferably in the sales industry and relevant

- Sales background in the global health insurance market, or relevant transferable skills and knowledge from other financial services industries

- Demonstrated track record in achieving new business targets

- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills

- Fluent understanding of risk and pricing strategy

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills

- Experience of face-to-face contact with customers is a must
