## Description

We are seeking a NextStay Fellow to join our engineering organization as a hands-on Technical Program Manager (TPM). The NextStay Fellowship is a launchpad for your career, where you will grow into the full scope and ambiguity of the role, supported by experienced TPMs and engineering partners.

As a NextStay Fellow, you will own execution of technical programs spanning multiple engineering, product, and operations teams over several quarters. You will turn objectives into milestones, delivery plans, and team alignment, while managing scope, schedule, and quality trade-offs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading project execution with a defined scope and approach

- Breaking work into trackable pieces and monitoring progress

- Aligning project teams and holding contributors accountable

- Identifying risks and mitigation options

- Communicating project vision and success criteria

- Participating in cultural and functional excellence activities

Eligibility Requirements:

- Active-duty service member currently enrolled in the USSOCOM Warrior Care Program, Career Transition Internship, or a similar program

- Ability to begin the Career Transition Fellowship by November 2026 and complete at least 120 days before military transition

- Within 180 days of military transition at the time of fellowship start

- Written approval from chain of command

Requirements:

- Typically 2 years of relevant experience, with a BS or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

- Program Management experience

- Risk Management experience

- Technical Judgment

- Communication & Leadership skills

- Ownership and drive

We offer a salary range of $151,000-$151,000 USD.
