## Description

As a Technical Architect on Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, you will deliver end-to-end solutions that meet client requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Lead discovery sessions and design workshops to capture client needs and translate them into technical designs.

- Implement solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Marketing Cloud Advanced, Marketing Cloud Personalization/Salesforce Personalization, Data Cloud and Intelligence.

- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems and platforms using APIs, custom scripts (e.g., AMPscript, SSJS), and tools like MuleSoft or custom ETL solutions.

- Partner with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions aligned with client expectations.

- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Build trusted relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further engagement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including implementation, configuration, and custom development.

- Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Cloud and/or Personalization.

- Experience with scripting languages (AMPscript, SSJS) and integrating Marketing Cloud with other systems via APIs.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with both internal teams and external clients.

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client engagements effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Personalization).

- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
