## Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate or Warehouse Worker! We offer competitive hourly pay, ranging from $22.25 to $28.14 per hour, with opportunities for additional compensation through shift differentials.

As a Warehouse Associate or Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

- Following all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

- Attending safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment

- Packing, loading, and shipping items to stores and guests

- Ensuring accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests

- Working safely, quickly, and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse

- Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work area

- Reporting to work on time and completing job tasks as assigned accurately and on time

- Engaging in problem-solving to support continuous improvement

- Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment

Requirements for both Warehouse Worker and Warehouse Associate:

- Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift

- Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift

- Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts

- Basic math skills, including counting, addition, and subtraction

- Ability to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation

- Operation of computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training

- Good written and oral communication skills

- Proficiency in English to follow safety policies, trainings, and instructions

Additional requirements for Warehouse Worker:

- Ability to be trained on and operate powered equipment safely, including Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit Down & Standup Forklift

- Ability to work at heights of up to 40ft where applicable
