As part of the Commercial Banking business, you will help drive sustainable growth of Business Banking by deploying and executing effective acquisition strategies to attract quality New-To-Bank (NTB) customer referrals, with a focus on China Nexus customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing acquisition strategies to drive NTB customer referrals

- Building new multilateral relationships with external ecosystems, such as trade associations and chambers of commerce

- Deepening cross-border collaboration with HACN to drive scalable and quality NTB customer referrals

- Identifying segment-specific and industry-specific growth opportunities

- Preparing meaningful data reports to track business progress and drawing data insights

- Building effective relationship strategies with industry sectors and business partners

- Strengthening the HASE brand as a business partner for SMEs

Requirements:

- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Business Management, or a related discipline

- Proven experience in the banking industry, with a focus on commercial banking

- Sound understanding of commercial banking products, including commercial lending, trade finance, and wealth management products

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

- Flexible and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Demonstrated ability to build effective networks and create opportunities for others

- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
