## Description

Priory Daffodil House in Pontypridd, South Wales, is seeking Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be part of a compassionate team committed to the wellbeing of our residents. We provide support to males and females between the ages of 18 and 65 who are on the autistic spectrum and may have complex needs. Our goal is to help residents create and achieve goals, leading to a fulfilled and enriched life.

## Key Responsibilities

You will assist qualified staff with assessing and implementing individual patient care plans, undertake routine tasks and activities as directed, and facilitate the wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents. You will be part of a team that takes a personalised approach using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence.

## Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

- A caring and respectful approach to supporting others.

- Ability to work flexibly and think innovatively.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Commitment to upholding professional standards, policies, and procedures.

- Experience in care or support work is desirable, but not essential; training is provided.

- Fluency in Welsh is beneficial.
