## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café in Chester as a Christmas Customer Assistant. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling customer orders and providing excellent service.

**Work Pattern:**

- Wednesday: 11:00-16:15

- Friday: 11:00-16:15

- Saturday: 11:00-16:15

- Sunday: 11:00-16:15

**Additional Hours:** Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide excellent customer service in a busy café environment

- Take and fulfil orders efficiently using our digital tools

- Maintain high food safety standards

- Work effectively as part of a team to meet customer needs

- Adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities

**Requirements:**

- Digital confidence and ability to use our tools to take and fulfil orders

- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
