## Description

The Housekeeping House Attendant is responsible for cleaning public areas of the hotel, stocking linen rooms and storage areas with clean linens, picking-up and delivering guest request items, and assisting Housekeepers with various tasks.

Main Duties:

- Keeping guest corridors neat, vacuumed, and dusted

- Ensuring mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors are clean and mark-free

- Maintaining cleanliness of service elevator landings, stairwells, and linen storage rooms

- Moving racks of clean linen to Guest Room floors and stocking Linen Storage Rooms and Armoires daily

- Empting trash and dirty linen from guest room floors

- Picking up and delivering guest request items such as Irons, Ironing boards, Cribs, and Roll-away beds

- Stocking and inventorying linen storage closets and armoires

- Removing linen and trash from rooms and cleaning bathrooms

- Reporting defects in guest rooms and throughout the hotel

- Assisting Housekeepers as required

- Understanding and knowledge of property amenities

- Assisting guests as needed

Required Skills/Qualifications:

- Basic verbal communication skills

- Flexible schedule

- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

- Detail-oriented

- Multitasking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Regular and reliable attendance

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands

- Making periodical fast-paced movements

- Ability to move, pull, push, carry, or lift at least 30 pounds

- Occasionally kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing

- Performing physical activities such as lifting, cleaning, and stooping

- Standing, walking, lifting, and bending for long periods of time
