## Description

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to help our growing client base make better investment decisions. As a Business Development Associate, you will identify meaningful engagement opportunities to help clients get the most value out of our products and identify opportunities to work with clients on products that they're yet to subscribe to.

Responsibilities:

- Find new and creative ways to demonstrate value and grow user engagement

- Drive value for clients from our research and data products

- Become a trusted resource for our clients

- Identify and activate new users on existing accounts

- Identify and/or nurture upsell opportunities

- Advocate for client needs cross-departmentally

- Develop sales and account management skills

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Sales/Business Development or Client Servicing

- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments

- Resourceful and excited to learn

- Energized by contributing to the future of data-driven investment research

- Excited by understanding the needs of investment professionals

- Eager to think strategically about growing revenue through proactive client interactions

- Able to effectively communicate complex ideas to a wide range of audiences

- Master of judgment when handling a wide variety of client situations and communications
