The HR - People Transformation Intern will support the Organisation Effectiveness Partner (OEP) team in various projects aimed at enhancing HR processes and systems.

### Responsibilities

#### Data Analysis and Reporting

- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making.

- Prepare reports and presentations based on data analysis.

#### Process Improvement

- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement within HR functions.

- Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives.

#### Project Support

- Provide support for HR Transformation projects, including research, documentation, and coordination.

#### Statistical Analysis

- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in HR data.
