## Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team at Anduril Industries. As a key member of our organisation, you will lead the development of end-to-end solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and system architecture.

Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining system components that meet functional and performance requirements in complex system environments. You will also conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability, scalability, and resilience of software applications, particularly within a distributed systems context.

You will work closely with hardware engineers and product managers to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to define and document software engineering processes and practices, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need 6+ years of post-grad industry experience in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or systems engineering. You will also require hands-on prototyping, troubleshooting, and build experience, as well as experience developing automated test scripts and frameworks using a common language such as Python or MATLAB.

You must be extremely organised and detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A sincere commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture is essential. You must also hold a U.S. Secret security clearance, or higher, and be able to travel up to 25% as needed for test planning and execution.

Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with complex robotic systems, familiarity with IP-Based networks, and experience with mission systems, including communications systems and components.
