## Description

We are seeking a Japanese-speaking technical support engineer to provide IT-related technical support to Japanese customers via phone.

Responsibilities:

- Provide effective IT solutions within a specified timeframe to meet customer demands

- Offer technical support for computer and IT software issues

Requirements:

- 2027 graduate

- Fluent business-level Japanese communication skills with standard pronunciation

- Understanding of Japanese culture and good customer service awareness and spirit

- Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong pressure resistance, and high sense of responsibility

- Clear logical thinking, strong learning ability, and capable of proactively using AI tools

- Strong interest in IT software and hardware technology

- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Outlook, Excel)

- Able to accept rotating shifts

Working Hours:

- Five days a week, two days off

- Early shift: 8:00-17:00; late shift: 11:00-20:00

- Weekend work can be arranged for make-up days
