## Description

We are seeking an Infrastructure Technology Relationship Manager to join our team at Millennium, a global alternative investment firm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical requirements for Portfolio Managers pursuing bespoke investment strategies. They will identify appropriate infrastructure components, guide customer teams on standard development patterns, and coordinate infrastructure provisioning and component deployment across technology teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical requirements for Portfolio Managers

- Identifying appropriate infrastructure components and communicating how they address customer requirements

- Guiding customer teams on standard development patterns used across the organization

- Coordinating infrastructure provisioning and component deployment across technology teams

- Creating and maintaining prioritized work plans, aligning customer needs, dependencies, and delivery expectations

- Driving programs to upgrade and modernize customer technology environments

- Providing customer-focused feedback to platform teams to improve infrastructure products and services

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of infrastructure project or service delivery experience in financial services, with a proven ability to manage multiple cross-team deliveries through completion. They will have working knowledge of servers, networks, storage, and PCs, along with basic Linux and Windows administration and troubleshooting experience.

Required skills include:

- Working knowledge of servers, networks, storage, and PCs

- Basic Linux and Windows administration and troubleshooting experience

- Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Office 365

- Experience using commercial AI tools to accelerate analysis and assessment

- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
