As part of our Manufacturing team, you'll help build world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles.

**Responsibilities**

- Act as a champion of workplace safety, proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance.

- Lead and direct a team of employees to consistently make high-quality products and meet or exceed production targets.

- Prioritize critical tasks and effectively allocate human resources to maximize efficiency.

- Apply a 'Bias for Action,' promptly and decisively addressing safety and quality issues.

- Embrace a servant leadership style, focusing on building high-performing teams and investing in their growth.

- Utilize data and insights to drive quantifiable improvements in efficiency and quality.

- Maintain a relentless focus on identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, improving processes, and driving innovation.

- Proactively address and mediate conflicts fairly and effectively.

- Champion accountability, managing both your own performance and that of the hourly workforce.

- Actively listen to and value the perspectives of all team members and other department stakeholders.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.

- Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.
