## Description

We are seeking a Night Manager to join our team at Asda, Park Royal New. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the night team to ensure the smooth operation of the store during nighttime hours.

The successful candidate will be able to drive strategy into action, lead with impact, be execution-focused, and develop talent within the team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Planning and executing all trading activity on the shopfloor during night shift

- Leading and coaching night colleagues and team leaders to deliver excellent shopfloor standards

- Ensuring shopfloor is landed and presentable for customers before handing over to day team

- Developing teams and managing change

- Strong customer service focus

- Flexibility to work a range of night shifts, including weekends
