## Description

As Field Sales Representative for Gothenburg, you are the face of Tony's in your district. You build strong store-level partnerships and ensure excellent in-store execution across grocery stores. By activating national and local commercial plans, you strengthen Tony's brand presence, improve shelf performance and directly contribute to sales growth and market-share gains in your area.

Responsibilities:

- Build trusted relationships with store and department managers.

- Execute promotions, campaigns, NPD launches and secondary placements.

- Drive distribution, visibility and shelf share across your district.

- Improve sell-out through strong activation and execution quality.

- Use Nielsen IQ and field tools to track performance and priorities.

- Set the benchmark for execution in top stores.

Requirements:

- Experience in field sales, retail, merchandising in FMCG

- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills

- Structured, self-driven and comfortable working independently

- Familiar with Swedish grocery banners (ICA, Axfood, Coop)

- Fluent in Swedish & English
