## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Sheldon Birmingham store,     where you'll provide exceptional customer service,     work collaboratively as part of a team,     and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Provide five-star service to customers at pace

- Build product knowledge to make recommendations and drive sales

- Utilise digital tools such as the Sparks App and in-store devices

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy store environment

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities

Due to operational requirements,     all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours     in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Hours of work:     Friday: 05:00-11:30     Saturday: 05:00-11:30
