## Description

Join M&S as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at Arnison Centre Durham Retail Park.

You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working across the wider store where needed, ensuring our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for customers.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing stock and deliveries

- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Working flexibly across functions and supporting colleagues

- Adapting quickly to changing demands

Working hours:

- Sunday: 14:30-20:15

- Monday: 16:30-22:15

- Thursday: 16:30-22:15

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

You must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
