## Description

We are seeking an exceptional Sr. Internal Communications Manager to join our Communications team at Samsara. As a Swiss Army knife for Internal Comms, you will execute the internal communications strategy, help communicate the company's vision and strategy to employees, and demonstrate progress throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

- Execute internal communications strategy for Samsara

- Support a wide range of internal communications working closely with key stakeholders

- Keep a pulse on the organization and run feedback loops to optimize communications updates and channels

- Champion Samsara's cultural principles

Requirements:

- 5+ years of internal communications experience

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

- Experience partnering and proven track record working cross-functionally

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment

- Design and video editing skills are a plus

- Curiosity about AI and willingness to learn
