## Description

We are seeking a Front of House Leader to join our team at Pret. As a leader, inspirer, and driver of their team, our Front of House Leaders are our in-shop champions, coaching and mentoring their teams.

**About the role** The Front of House Leader role involves leading a team, driving performance, protecting profit, and keeping customers happy through high standards and great energy.

**What we offer**

- Base pay rate: £14.10

- Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete

- Extra £5 per hour for shifts started between 3-5am
