Join CVS Health as a Beauty Sales Consultant, providing top-notch customer experiences in the beauty zone.

As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will be the primary beauty advisor to customers, offering personalized sales service, sharing the latest beauty trends and techniques, and building lasting relationships.

**Customer Sales Experience**

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a fantastic beauty advisor experience through personalized sales service, effective upselling, and suggestive selling.

- Engage in conversations with customers, listening to their needs, and providing specialized sales advice.

- Use verbal skills to generate sales and stimulate different thought processes.

- Be a brand expert, answering customer questions in detail with product knowledge to produce the largest sales basket possible.

**Operational**

- Educate customers on various products, explaining how they address their needs, and leveraging the CVS beauty monthly sampling program to build relationships.

- Participate in and represent company sales programs or events that positively impact business.

- Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and other beauty-specific promotional materials.

- Maintain a clean and well-stocked zone, adhering to hygiene standards.

- Ensure compliance with CVS tester sanitation, hazardous waste disposal, and tool cleansing policies.

**Training & Personal Growth and Development**

- Complete initial 30/60/90-day onboarding training with ongoing training/educational programs.

- Execute the established sales plan, meeting sales budgets and tracking progress.

- Participate in sales training meetings and conference calls.

- Compete with yourself to beat prior sales goals and maximize sales budget.

- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with company guidelines.

**Physical Requirements**

- Physical abilities to support essential functions, such as standing, moving throughout the store, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

- Ability to perform duties requiring manual dexterity, including ear piercing.

**Required Qualifications**

- Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

- Goal-driven with the ability to multitask and work independently and as part of a team.

- Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hours.

- Ability to perform ear-piercing services (training and certification provided).

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (for specific CVS stores).

- At least 18 years old.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Prior beauty sales experience.

- Current knowledge of beauty products and brands.

- Strong passion for beauty.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

**Anticipated Weekly Hours:** 40
