## Description

We're seeking a Pharmacy Colleague to join our team in Lower Earley. As a Pharmacy Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving awareness of our pharmacy services, and supporting our pharmacist team.

**About the Role**

To be successful in this role, you must pass an enhanced safeguarding check. Our stores operate 24/7, and we're looking for someone who is flexible and willing to work varied shifts, including weekends.

As a Pharmacy Colleague, you will:

- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner

- Accurately assemble and process prescriptions

- Drive awareness of our pharmacy services, including Prescription Collection Service and Medicines Use Reviews

- Support our pharmacist team with patient services, such as blood pressure checks and stop smoking schemes

- Develop an understanding of our Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to them

- Collect prescriptions from doctor's surgeries on behalf of customers

**About You**

- You're naturally friendly, organised, and enjoy working with customers

- You have good computer skills and attention to detail

- You're passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer experiences

**Career Development**

We will support you to become a qualified Medicine Counter Assistant within 6 months and a Dispensing Assistant as part of your pharmacy training.
