As a Chef de Partie, your mission will be:

- To ensure the preparation and dispatch of dishes

- To guarantee adherence to technical specifications, hygiene standards, and brand standards

- To constantly adapt production according to activity and customer feedback

- To foster a positive, cohesive, and dynamic work environment within the brigade

- To manage your station with rigor and autonomy

- To collaborate effectively with the front-of-house and bar teams

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end establishment

- Team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic environment

- Constant desire to learn and improve

- Comfortable in a fast-paced and demanding environment

- Rigour, organisational skills, speed, and reliability

- Attention to detail, quality, and service

- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
