## Description

We are seeking an Associate - Geotechnical to join our team in Mumbai or Noida. As an Associate, you will play a key role in delivering geotechnical projects, developing professional reports, and liaising with clients and specialists.

Responsibilities:

- Develop professional and technically competent reports

- Manage and deliver project work effectively

- Assist in managing team resources and allocating project resources

- Mentor and develop professional staff

- Provide support in all aspects of project delivery, including client liaison and quality control

Requirements:

- Technical expertise in geotechnical engineering

- Design skills for retaining walls, foundations, and slope stabilisation solutions

- Consultancy experience with commercial awareness and client relationships

- Chartered or near-chartered professional qualification

- Experience in delivering geotechnical projects and preparing high-level reports

- Understanding of client requirements and ability to influence contract specifications

- Experience with geotechnical desk studies, ground investigations, and design reports

- Working knowledge of Eurocode 7 and UK annex design codes

- Familiarity with geotechnical software for civil engineering projects

- Ability to check and critically evaluate work done by others
