## Description

Ajax Systems, a leading developer and manufacturer of security systems in Europe, is opening a full-cycle production facility in Türkiye. We are seeking a Quality Operator to join our production management team in Istanbul, DESBAS(Tuzla).

The Quality Operator will play a key strategic role in overseeing all production processes, ensuring they align with the company's quality standards, and managing the production team.

## Responsibilities

- Implement devices planned for introduction on the production line

- Block product lots or stop the line if nonconformities are detected until corrections are made

- Inform management of detected nonconformities, violations, and defects using nonconformity protocols

- Monitor changes in route operational maps (MOC) and technological instructions

- Participate in technological control of drawings for material accuracy and size selection

- Organize experiments and tests of new materials and semi-finished products

- Improve input control and technological control of production and product quality

- Participate in studies on defining and selecting optimal parameter control methods

- Standardize control materials

- Ensure the department works according to Quality Guidelines

- Determine priority targets for the department related to quality

- Implement a process approach to production activities

- Analyze the effectiveness of actions taken in process and product quality

- Develop qualifications through seminars and trainings

- Work in accordance with working and industrial discipline, internal working regulation rules, and hygiene rules

- Comply with occupational health and safety instructions

- Fulfill requirements, management decisions, and instructions of current legislation
