## Description

Join GDIT as a ServiceNow Developer and make an impact. You'll help advance the mission while building your skills and advancing your career. We're seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented ServiceNow developer to design and develop new software products and enhance existing ones.

**Responsibilities:**

- Contribute to the development of business process solutions within the ServiceNow framework, maintaining best practices.

- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and customizations.

- Create and design application tables within the ServiceNow platform.

- Customize the Application UI and workflow.

- Deliver new services via the service portal.

- Develop solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, or required developmental languages.

- Participate in daily SCRUM meetings and Agile team ceremonies.

- Analyze system requirements, estimate effort, develop conceptual designs, and implement ServiceNow solutions.

- Support requirements definition and application testing processes.

- Support system certification requirements, including security.

- Investigate application issues and collaborate with team members to resolve them quickly.

- Develop reports according to ongoing customer needs.

- Maintain the ServiceNow environment, including platform version upgrades and application releases without business impact.

**Requirements:**

- BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, or work experience.

- 10+ years of related experience.

- ServiceNow experience.

- TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

- Desired skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, or developmental language.

- Desired certification: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
