## Description

As a Medical Information Specialist at Pfizer, you will be responsible for providing professional support to customers in your designated area, including product academic promotion and customer professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers within company policies and procedures

- Build partnership relationships with customers

- Plan and organize various academic meetings or activities

- Collect market and customer feedback information through company management systems and other compliant channels

- Analyze, feedback, and suggest improvements

- Maintain effective communication with superiors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments

- Continuously improve professional knowledge and abilities under the guidance of senior managers

- Execute new initiatives implemented by the company and explore opportunities for innovation and optimization

Requirements:

- Education: University degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or related fields

- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, good English skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities

- Experience: Relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred

- Integrity: Comply with company policies, industry standards, and laws, including FCPA and relevant anti-corruption laws in mainland China
