## Description

Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the team responsible for building world-class news experiences for ABC News. As a Sr Product Software Engineer (iOS), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative features and enhancements to users.

The team is looking for someone with 5 years of relevant experience, a deep understanding of Swift, Apple Frameworks, and the Xcode ecosystem, and experience leading a team. You will be responsible for:

- Developing feature-rich native iOS, tvOS, and visionOS applications for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro

- Identifying areas for growth within team processes and developing new systems for collaboration

- Writing clear, well-tested, performant code

- Working with other developers to create sustainable, well-architected solutions

- Managing production issues and solving novel problems

- Guiding an agile team and participating in the full lifecycle of application development

- Mentoring associate, mid-level, and senior team members

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $150,900.00 - $202,400.00 per year and in Glendale, CA is $144,100.00 - $193,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
