## Description

We are looking for a Regional Account Manager to join our REACHER team in the North of the Netherlands.

As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for making Red Bull products available and visible to your customers (QSR entrepreneurs) in your region. You will have the autonomy to decide how to approach your customers, but you will also receive coaching and training to ensure you are well-prepared.

Your main focus will be on developing your sales skills within a large international organisation like Red Bull. You will start in a team of 8 new, energetic, ambitious, and enthusiastic Red Bull colleagues.

Responsibilities:

- Manage your region, including Lelystad, Groningen, and Leeuwarden

- Distribute and execute sales strategies

- Set and track targets, and report on sales results

- Work independently and take ownership of your region

- Develop your personal skills through training and coaching

Requirements:

- A minimum of a HBO degree

- Experience in sales is essential, and you must be able to set and achieve targets

- You must have an entrepreneurial character, plenty of energy, and excellent social skills

- You must be willing to travel frequently (90% of your time) and be responsible for your own working hours and organisation

- You must be fluent in Dutch and English, both in writing and speaking

- You must have a valid driving license (B)

You will have the opportunity to grow within the Red Bull organisation to other field teams or sales roles.
