## Description

We are seeking a graduate consultant to join our team in Hong Kong.

As a Consultant, you will collaborate with the team to deliver client solutions for complex business problems that our clients face.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage projects from initial problem to final execution, including data analytics, tracking and reporting

- Manage clients through building effective relationships and communications via monthly reporting, the sharing of thought-provoking articles and by building PowerPoint presentations sharing valuable insights

- Manage teams, from initial peer to peer collaboration through to nurturing talent and driving performance by utilizing learning development resources and available research

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant disciplines (Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related fields)

- Cumulative Minimum GPA: 3.0 overall, 3.0 major

- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications

- Relevant experience or skills in areas such as:

+ Internal Audit and Internal Control Advisory   + SOX Compliance   + Business Process Improvement   + Enterprise Risk Management   + Governance, Risk & Compliance Advisory   + Data Governance   + Data Analytics   + ESG Audit & Reporting   + Cybersecurity assessment, design, implementation and operations   + Cloud adoption, transformation and optimization   + Enterprise digital transformation   + Technology risk management and audit
