## Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Coolblue, working part-time or full-time from home within a 90-minute commute from Düsseldorf.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints, and answering questions about our products.

Key responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Provide product information and recommendations to customers

- Process customer orders and handle returns and exchanges

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

- Work flexibly to meet business needs, including occasional weekend work

Requirements:

- Native-level German language skills and fluent English

- Suitable home office setup within 90 minutes of Düsseldorf

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Previous experience in customer service or a similar field is desirable but not essential

- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and representing the Coolblue brand
