Join M&S as a Customer Assistant at Fosse Park Shopping Centre, Leicester, working part-time in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Christmas-Customer Assistant-Operations, you will be at the frontline of M&S, providing exceptional customer service, selling products, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver five-star service at pace, even in high-pressure situations

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve sales goals

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store

- Provide style advice and recommend products to customers

Requirements:

- Be at least 18 years old due to early morning shifts and health and safety regulations

- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and potential full-time hours during peak periods

- Digital confidence and willingness to learn

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

- Part-time role with flexible shifts, including Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 00:00-06:00

- Potential to work full-time hours during peak periods (weeks commencing 13th and 20th December)
