## Description

This Operator role at Diageo's Menstrie site in Scotland involves working in a self-led team within operations, ensuring efficient daily processes while prioritizing Health and Safety standards.

The role operates on a weekly rotating three-shift pattern: night (22:00–06:00), early (06:00–14:00), and backshift (14:00–22:00), from Sunday night to Friday backshift.

Key responsibilities include:

- Compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental, and HMRC requirements

- Following standard operating procedures and reporting hazards or incidents

- Ensuring safe movement of casks and spirit

- Maintaining product integrity and quality assurance standards

- Supporting the Site Management Team and participating in operational review meetings

- Operating Maturation equipment safely and efficiently

- Training and coaching colleagues when required

The ideal candidate will have:

- A good understanding of occupational wellness procedures

- Experience working in a team-oriented environment

- Basic computer/digital literacy and good numerical skills

- A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn

- A valid UK driver's license is preferred
