## Description

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to join their team at the Pacific Centre in Vancouver. As a Floor Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the store by upholding exceptional customer service standards, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

- Lead by example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience

- Maximize results and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Ensure efficient execution of daily operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment

- Participate in visual merchandising and maintain brand standards

- Support in mitigating internal, external, and administrative loss of product

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues

- Participate in onboarding and assessing team members

- Build healthy relationships with team members and establish a positive work environment

Requirements:

- Experience in a high-volume retail environment

- Adaptable with excellent organizational and analytical skills

- Critical thinking ability to identify potential challenges and develop action plans

- Physical requirements: ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
