## Description

Brunswick Medical Centre, part of Operose Health, is seeking a Practice Nurse for a 37.50-hour-per-week role. The successful candidate will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance is maintained, and work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting the registered manager with CQC outcome compliance

- Working with the general practice team to meet patient needs and uphold policies

- Providing care for presenting patients, treatment, chronic disease management, and care evaluation

The ideal candidate will be a UK-registered nurse with significant post-registration experience, expertise in cervical cytology and baby immunisations, and a good knowledge of the quality outcomes framework.
