As a retail media practitioner, you'll help shape and oversee delivery of work for clients. You'll define objectives, measure success, and manage the workload of the delivery team.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end execution of retail media campaigns, including planning, budgeting, targeting, and optimization.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution and delivery.

- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

- Contribute to developing the retail media best-practice roadmap.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor others across the practice.

- Help shape the story of Retail Media at Brainlabs.

Requirements:

- Strong retail media delivery knowledge and 4+ years of experience.

- Demonstrable success in delivering retail media campaigns.

- Good understanding of the retail media landscape.

- Confident, dynamic, engaging, and authentic communicator.

- Passionate about growing knowledge and excellent presentation skills.

- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

- Attention to detail, methodical, and process-orientated.
