## Description

Join Cisco's Global Supplier Management (GSM) team as a Strategic Sourcing Manager, focusing on Mixed Signal and Timing technology. You'll develop and implement commodity strategies, source next-generation technologies, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive value engineering. Your goal will be to ensure Cisco stays ahead of the curve in the industry.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement successful business strategies

- Investigate and source next-generation Mixed Signal and Timing technology

- Align and influence internal roadmaps to ensure product strategy is in sync with market realities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive value engineering from initial ideation to final execution

- Provide technical expertise and market insights to empower engineers to build next-generation networking products

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

- Prior experience in developing and implementing successful business strategies

- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes

- Understanding of Networking/Communication technology, Mixed Signal and Timing Technology, power development processes, and the current marketplace

- Expertise in high-stakes negotiation, building positive relationships, and conflict resolution

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience working in a hybrid, fast-paced corporate environment

- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex situations into clear, actionable solutions

- Excellent communication skills

- Direct experience leading roadmap reviews between engineering teams and external suppliers

- Prior experience with supply chain central operations, process improvement, and tool management

- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
