## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Counter Manager to join our team at Breuninger Munich. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

- Conduct weekly and monthly productivity reports to the Field Sales Manager

- Contribute to sales success by motivating the team to achieve daily and monthly performance metrics

- Lead and motivate a high-performing team through personal performance conversations, events with Tilbury Theatre, and overall line management

- Create and manage monthly schedules, budgets, and forecasts for payroll (taking into account economic conditions)

- Collaborate with trade partners and key stakeholders, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and procedures

- Monitor inventory levels by managing sales, audits, and stock counts, analyzing all available information to proactively advise the Field Sales Manager on inventory levels

- Manage talent development, succession planning, and ongoing talent management for the team

- Demonstrate integrity when handling complex personnel issues, adhering to personnel policies and procedures, and seeking guidance and advice when necessary

- Master end-to-end hiring processes in your store, proactively recruiting top talent and creating a magical recruitment atmosphere for all interested candidates

- Identify training needs for the team in collaboration with the Field Training Manager, providing feedback on progress in areas with potential for development

- Drive performance metrics in your area to achieve market-leading results and maintain position at number one

- Ensure optimal customer experiences by incorporating the magical service methodology and promoting brand awareness through building lasting emotional connections with customers

- Master your own counter metrics and necessary steps to manage future risks and opportunities

- Plan the calendar year, taking into account the introduction of new products and the impact of activities/market developments from the previous trading year

- Act as an entrepreneur by proposing plans, events, and other free measures to increase business success

- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations at work

- Maintain a flawless appearance and inspire team members to show their best side
