## Description

We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our team in Érd, Hungary. As an HR Specialist, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into AVL's international HR operations and play a crucial role in supporting HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

You will receive comprehensive training for your tasks and then be responsible for:

- Maintaining and updating employee data in HR systems

- Supporting time administration

- Preparing and managing documentation

- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team

- Acting as the first point of contact for standardized HR questions from employees and managers

- Supporting compliance with labour law and internal regulations

- Collaborating on continuous improvements to operational processes

- Preparing analyses, overviews, and reports

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A completed education (apprenticeship, college, university, or equivalent) with a focus on Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

- Confident German skills (B2) and conversational English skills

- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Nexon knowledge are an advantage

- A high sense of responsibility and discretion

- A structured, precise, and service-oriented working style

- An independent, proactive, and reliable work approach
