## Description

Join M&S as a Christmas Customer Assistant where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer. You'll work Monday and Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, confidently deliver style advice, recommend and sell new products, and make sure customers feel valued. You'll be resilient, committed, and digitally confident, using tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.

You'll contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, support colleagues, and adapt to changing demands. This is a frontline role requiring flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
