## FP&A Financial Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical FP&A Financial Analyst. Reporting to the Finance Director, the analyst will be responsible for contributing to financial forecasts, budget preparation, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

## Your mission

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, as well as both short and long-term financial plans.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.

- Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.

- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to facilitate decision-making.

- Contribute to the evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.

Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

## Your DNA

- University degree in Accounting, Management, or Business Administration;

- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role;

- Experience working with databases and Power BI;

- Excellent proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel;

- Comfortable with identifying, structuring, and manipulating financial and accounting information;

- Strong analytical skills;

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage pressure;

- Autonomous, rigorous, detail-oriented, and a team player;

- Recognised for being able to collaborate with various stakeholders;

- Comfortable in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment;

- Proficiency in French, spoken and written;

- Asset: CPA designation from the Quebec CPA Order;

- Asset: Analytical experience in operations monitoring;

- Asset: SQL Query programming expertise.
