## Description

The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Supervisor will lead a team of GSOC operators to deliver a seamless and efficient customer service and incident management experience. This role involves developing and implementing SOPs for GSOC systems monitoring, incident response, and escalations.

Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of GSOC operators who monitor for, and respond to, physical security incidents.
* Develop and implement emergency management protocols and procedures to enhance crisis response capabilities.
* Collaborate with Risk Intelligence, IT, and InfoSec to respond to incidents.
* Conduct regular training and exercises to prepare GSOC staff to respond to incidents.
* Collaborate with the Security Systems team to report malfunctions, conduct troubleshooting, and identify use cases for new tools.
* Implement and maintain a culture of customer service excellence.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Studies or a related field preferred.
* 2+ years of experience in GSOC operations.
* Knowledge of physical security systems.
* Experience leading physical security incident response.
* Experience training GSOC operators.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Ability to collaborate across business units to deliver on-time installation of systems and troubleshoot malfunctions.

Preferred Skills:

* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Ability to assess risk and make an informed decision during fast-paced incidents.
* Ability to develop and lead incident after-action reviews.

Work Environment:

* This role requires working in a well-lit room without windows. Extended hours may be necessary to support mission-critical operations.

Physical Demands:

* Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
* Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., system hardware).
