As a Senior Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be the engine behind Brainlabs’ client dashboarding delivery, building accurate, well-maintained reporting solutions that are genuinely tailored to each client’s business. You are responsible for the quality and reliability of every dashboard you own, from initial build through to ongoing maintenance, and for ensuring what you deliver speaks directly to what the client is trying to achieve. Working within the wider BI team, you will bring technical proficiency and a careful eye for detail to every project, using Claude to work smarter and delivering solutions clients can trust.

### Responsibilities

- Deliver Client Dashboarding Solutions: You build and maintain accurate, client-ready dashboards using Funnel, BigQuery, and Looker Studio, tailoring each solution to the specific business needs of the client rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.

- Ensure Accuracy and Maintenance: You own the ongoing reliability of every dashboard in your portfolio, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they affect the client and maintaining a consistent QA standard across all deliverables.

- Apply Claude to BI Work: You use Claude as a standard part of your workflow, finding practical applications that save time or improve output quality and sharing what works with the wider team.

- Manage Day-to-Day Client Communication: You handle regular client communication around your BI deliverables independently, responding promptly and setting clear expectations on delivery timelines and scope.

- Contribute to Practice Development: You share knowledge within the BI team, contribute to documentation, and flag ideas for improving the quality or efficiency of our solutions.

### Requirements

- A Technically Proficient BI Practitioner: You are solid in SQL and experienced with Funnel, BigQuery, and Looker Studio, with a background building reporting solutions in-house or at another agency.

- Detail-Oriented: You take data accuracy seriously and apply a consistent personal QA process to everything you deliver.

- A Practical AI User: You use AI tools in your day-to-day work, with a habit of exploring how they can improve your outputs or speed up your workflow.

- A Clear Communicator: You explain dashboard outputs and technical concepts clearly to clients, adapting your language to the audience.

- Reliable and Proactive: Clients and internal stakeholders can count on you to flag issues early, meet deadlines, and take ownership of your deliverables without being chased.

- Curious and Developing: You are actively building your technical skills and have a genuine interest in how BI can drive better decisions for clients.

### Success Metrics

- Delivery Accuracy: Every dashboard you build passes QA on the first pass, and clients report no data reliability issues on your accounts.

- Client Satisfaction: Clients give consistently positive feedback on the solutions you build and the responsiveness of your communication.

- AI Adoption: You can demonstrate at least one documented AI application per month that improved your workflow or the quality of your output.

- Maintenance Reliability: Every dashboard in your portfolio is current and functioning correctly at all times, with issues resolved proactively rather than reactively.

- Practice Contribution: You contribute at least one improvement or piece of knowledge to the BI team each quarter, evidenced by adoption or feedback from peers.
