## Description

As a Branch Operations Analyst at Deutsche Bank, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, complete, and accurate processing of relevant information, including performing all relevant controls within your area of responsibility.

You will undertake time-critical, complex, or regulated tasks and must ensure the timely escalation of operational, regulatory, and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare daily valuation reports for multiple funds

- Handle annual financial reports and tax returns

- Perform daily activities in full adherence to internal operating procedures and be aware of processes and controls

- Deal with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and clients

- Manage to achieve zero audit findings in Fund Services

**Requirements:**

- Minimum bachelor's degree major in Accounting

- Experience in fund administration/fund accounting

- Strong accounting knowledge with a high level of accuracy and good knowledge of Capital Market and Indonesia tax regulations

- Good analytical, computer literacy, and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision

- Good English skills, both verbal and written

- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
