## Description

Ajax Systems, the largest European developer and manufacturer of security systems, is opening a full-cycle production facility in Türkiye. As part of this expansion, we are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team in Istanbul.

### Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and update technological documentation, including instructions, assembly schemes, route maps, and quality standards

- Support the development of production processes, equipment, and automation tools

- Define and create technical requirements for devices, equipment, and special tools

- Calculate material and energy consumption standards, and analyze process efficiency

- Ensure continuous improvement of production processes, and actively participate in projects to enhance quality and productivity

- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices on the production floor

- Develop and lead cost-saving projects focused on continuous improvement

- Analyze and improve production processes to enhance overall efficiency

- Conduct line balancing studies to optimize production flow

- Perform productivity analyses and propose actions to increase production effectiveness

- Provide training to production staff on technical knowledge, processes, and improvement methods

### Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering

- Minimum 3 years of experience in production processes, preferably in the electronics manufacturing sector

- Experience in preparing technical documentation, process analysis, and optimization

- Knowledge of automation and mechanization systems

- Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing principles

- Good command of English, both written and verbal

- Strong analytical thinking, teamwork-oriented, and result-driven
