Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Cheltenham Centrum during the Christmas period.

You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment

- Utilize digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Digital confidence and willingness to learn

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Working Hours:

- Sunday: 22:00-06:00

- Friday: 22:00-06:00

- Saturday: 22:00-06:00

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
