## Description

Join Ford Racing's global team and lead the next chapter of our 125-year motorsport legacy. As a key member of our global Motorsports division, you will partner with cross-functional teams to further develop the best one-make racing series and customer racing platform in Australia.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the Mustang Cup Australia, while developing strategies to scale the business, acquire new customers for our GT3 and GT4 programs, and elevate the Ford Racing brand. We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and embodies our Ford+ Behaviours: Focus, Excellence, and Collaboration.

Reporting to the Global Customer Racing Manager, this role is based on a hybrid working arrangement and will involve frequent interstate travel and flexibility of core work hours to align with US and EU time-zones.

Key responsibilities include:

- Helping Ford Racing to build the market's best one-make racing series (OMS), enhancing the racing experience for our customers and creating new fans of the brand through the championships within which we compete.

- Developing and implementing a market strategy to grow and increase the visibility of the OMS, GT4, GT3, Super2 and Supercars Mustang platforms. Including, vehicle sales, customer acquisition, driver development programs, etc.

- Defining and implementing a strategy (where appropriate) for Ford Racing's entry into additional Asia Pacific markets (e.g. Asia Le Man Series).

- Identifying, analyzing and presenting recommendations for new sources of revenue from our existing Customer Racing platforms.

- Coordinating with OMS, GT4 and GT3 customers on championship entries, vehicle sales, parts sales, vehicle delivery and other related topics.

- Management of all series and event related topics including managing key stakeholders such as customers, sanctioning bodies, operations and marketing agencies, suppliers, etc.

- Work cross-functionally with other departments (Ford Racing Competition / Engineering, Sales and Marketing) to ensure program's success, achieving KPIs and show consistency in approach, implementation and customer experience.

- Implement consistent customer and brand experience through our Motorsports efforts.

- Manage relationships with new & existing partners supporting the championship and grow the platform as an attractive B2B opportunity.

- Prepare presentations on program initiatives relevant to position, to be shared with key Company stakeholders as required.

- Manage the in-market logistics needs for any future Mustang Cup Australia or Mustang Challenge events that occur as global invitational rounds, as well as future in-market invitational & non-championship rounds (e.g. Bathurst 12-Hour).

- Liaison with production and engineering team on volume planning, new vehicle development lifecycle for Dark Horse R, GT4 and GT3, etc.
