## Description

We are seeking a talented Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team at CVS Health, America's leading retail pharmacy. As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service, share your extensive knowledge of beauty trends and techniques, and help build a personalized basket for each customer.

**Customer Sales Experience**

- Provide personalized sales service to customers, ensuring a fantastic beauty advisor experience

- Engage in conversations with customers, listen to their needs, and offer specialized sales advice

- Use verbal skills to generate sales and stimulate a different thought process

- Be a brand expert, answering customer questions in detail with product knowledge to produce the largest sales basket possible

**Operational**

- Educate customers on the proper usage and benefits of various products, leveraging the CVS beauty monthly sampling program to build relationships

- Participate in and represent company sales programs or events that positively impact business

- Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and other beauty-specific promotional materials

- Maintain a beautiful and clean zone, keeping your assigned area well-stocked, well-merchandised, and compliant with hygiene standards

**Training & Personal Growth and Development**

- Complete initial 30/60/90-day onboarding training with ongoing training/educational programs

- Execute the established sales plan by meeting the sales budget and tracking your progress to success

- Participate in sales training meetings and conference calls concerning programs and promotions

**Physical Requirements**

- Physical abilities to support the essential functions of the role, such as standing and moving throughout the store

- Ability to stoop, kneel or crouch, and reach or grasp objects

**Required Qualifications**

- Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

- Goal-driven, with an ability to multi-task and work independently and as an integral part of a team

- Available to work a flexible retail schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, extended hours, and "Peak" Hours

- Ability to perform ear-piercing services (training and certification provided)

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (in specific CVS stores)

- Must be at least 18 years old

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Prior Beauty Sales Experience

- Current knowledge of beauty products and brands

- Strong passion for beauty

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
