## Description

You will own the hiring process at Firecrawl, responsible for full-cycle recruiting for various roles. You will report to the Chief of Staff and work closely with the Deputy Chief of Staff and hiring managers. Your tasks will include sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.

The company is growing rapidly, having reached 8 figures in ARR in its first year and doubling it in the second year. Firecrawl has 180k+ GitHub stars and is used by developers, agents, and AI companies.

**Responsibilities:**

- Run full-cycle recruiting for all open roles outside the executive team

- Source candidates and build pipelines for technical roles

- Manage Ashby as a system for tracking candidates and reporting

- Conduct weekly syncs with hiring managers and calibrate the bar for each role

- Manage agency and sourcing tool relationships

- Track time to hire, pass rates, and source quality

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with experience in technical hiring

- Experience carrying 15-25 open roles at a startup and closing technical hires

- Ability to source cold and build pipelines

- Fluency in Ashby or a comparable ATS

- Experience with AI tools for sourcing, screening, and writing
