As a Stamps Expert for the Benelux market, you will curate high-quality auctions that attract engaged bidders and trusted sellers. Your expertise ensures that every lot meets the right standards of quality, relevance, and transparency.

## Responsibilities

- Evaluate and arrange stamp lots submitted by users, ensuring each auction features attractive and relevant listings

- Create compelling weekly lot selections using your market expertise and professional network

- Review titles, descriptions, and images to assess quality and provide accurate estimated values

- Maintain transparent and fair transactions by applying expert judgement to every submission

- Communicate rejections professionally and constructively, safeguarding seller relationships

- Collaborate with Sales to attract new sellers and diversify the range and quality of lots

- Partner with Marketing to increase bidder engagement and visibility for your auctions

## Requirements

- Strong passion and proven expertise in Stamps

- Solid knowledge of the stamps market in either the Netherlands or Belgium; knowledge of both markets is a plus

- Excellent commercial skills, with experience in negotiation and relationship building

- Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams

- Good computer skills and confidence working with digital tools

- Good command of English, written and spoken

- Business experience in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, or as a Stamps Dealer is a plus
